Hello aspirant,
Candidates who will complete their undergraduate degree in MBBS are required to give the NEET-PG examination, after which, according to the category marks and rank, candidates will apply to various government, private, or deemed institutions.
There is no particular process to get a government job in Haryana or anywhere else. For admission to a government college (basically hospital), you must score a good marks out of 800 (for unreserved category, 700+ )so that you can apply to the government ones during choice filling. There, you can work as a junior resident.
