The Indian Institute of Management are the top colleges for pursuing Management courses. There are total 20 IIMs across India.

The Post Graduate Program in Management ( PGP ), Post Graduate Diploma in Management ( PGDM ) courses are common in all the IIMS, some IIMs offer the Masters in Business Administration ( MBA ) courses. Some IIMs like IIM Indore offers 5 years integrated programs in management.

The Eligibility criteria to get admission in any of the IIMs is that :

1. The candidate should have completed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination and Bachelor's degree with a minimum percentage of  60%

2. The candidate should have score a required percentile ( generally more than 95 percentile ) in CAT examination and GMAT Exam for some courses in some institutes.

First of all make list of things which you are good at. understand your instrest and try to figure out the jobs in which you can do well ,if you are not interested in jobs then figure out about other fields like opening a business and launching a product. You need to develop a resume and have all your details in it from you biodata to your qualifications , achievements and interests . Most of all you need to have a good communication skills to interact with your interviewer or client and make sure it is technical or business communication. You need to work upon your thinking skills and body language before you go for an interview try to give GDs and PIs before going for the interview. Develope your skills according to the requirements. If you do not have the skills which you are applying for then register for courses regarding that whether online or offline according to your time convince. After this you will develop self-confidence. Apply for internships first and then for the job. Many sites provide you with internships. If you need more information you can always use WWW for the same . Don't feel bad if you are rejected ,try again and apply because rejections are a part of life.

Now AIIMS will conduct its admission through NEET score. So we do not how would be the admission process yet. We have to wait and watch. Until now, aspirants who met the cut off criteria for their category but did not register for the first 3 rounds also could apply for Open round. They had to register and attend the counselling. But now because AIIMS also will fill its seats via NEET score, we need to see how this process works. But Open round is an offline counselling. You can register online but have to go to Delhi to attend the offline counselling. It is not an online counselling.
