last she was fail in pcb theory only so this year she was paper only theory subjects at gseb board so she was able to get neet exam and get admission in bds this year

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 2nd Apr, 2021

Hi

You don't need to worry at all dear, even if you had failed in your theory examinations and have given them again as a private candidate, you are still NEET 2021 examination and after qualifying Neet you can get admission in BDS etc

This is because,

The case of eligibility of private candidates for Neet examination is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement, private candidates are  eligible for Neet examination, so as a private candidate you are eligible for Neet examination provided

After passing you must get:-

  • at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

  • at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

  • at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

For detailed information about neet examination eligibility go through our page for which link is provided below; -

Now that , you  have limited time left for your neet examination I'll suggest you to focus on your preparation and revision,  go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

Can anyone fail in gseb 12th board practical ?

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 31st Mar, 2021

Hi Aspirant!

Practical exams are as important as theory marks, they have around 20% weightage overall. And if you fail to appear in the practical exams of 12th board then you will be marked as absent and you get zero. Then no matter what, you will be declared fail in that subject even if you get cent marks in the theory subject. Also, if you do not know anything about the practical exam, just appear for it, do not be absent, they will not fail you in the practical if you are present.

Thankyou!
