I am currently studying in class 12 GSEB and due to some medical issues, I am not willing to give the Boards this year and drop a year....My question is will they allow me to drop a year at this point and will it affect my college admissions?

Moumoyee Chakraborty 14th Feb, 2022

Dear candidate!!

There are some unavoidable circumstances when you might have to drop a year and resume it after a proper preparation. But since you are from Gujrat Secondary Board of Education if you drop a year next year it would require very hard studies and not appearing in the exam will not be a wise choice, and during your college admissions the ongoing batches are easier to pursue your studies.

All the best!!

how to get 90 plus percentage in class 12 board exam of PCM when I just start my preparation on today 25 December and the my examination board is a GSEB Gujarat and the main board exam will be conducted on 28 March 2022 so how what to do to get 90 + percentage

Prajwal Vishwakarma 28th Dec, 2021

Hello ,

See you are starting your preparation late , so it will be really difficult for you to get 90% plus in 12th , but it is not impossible , so my suggestion would be that you first take out the last 10 years question papers and then kindly solve or learn only those topics first which have been repeated more than one time in this way you will be able to score the maximum marks , and if you complete the last 10 years papers early then your exams then you will be able to cover up more topics and this way you can maximize your marks in 12th , also Iam sharing a link of career 360 , which has got all the information needed , for your help , please refer the below link .

Im PCB(science) student. In gseb 12th board exam, is it true that only 3 main subjects (physics, chemistry and biology) percentage are mainly required for some fields like pharmacy and agriculture?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 26th Dec, 2021

The percentage of the PCM as well as the overall marks matters from examination to examination. For example, ICAR have the agricultural entrance which have a eligibility:

Candidates belonging to General and OBC category must have at least 60% marks in aggregate, whereas candidates belonging to SC, ST and PC category must have at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Hello,

You have enough time to study you just need good strategy and time management. plan your day, and subject which have maximum syllabus is still untouched. It is possible only need your determination

first thing you need syllabus and last 5 year question paper by which you can analysis the patter and type of question asked in the examination.

you need to study smartly, so you can get maximum benefit in lesser time. ask your teacher and seniors for help, to tech you at least those topics which you have zero knowledge, it will save your time and energy to .

practice as much as question possible, solve model question.

try to complete those topic which have been asked frequently in the exam first and then the rest topic.

I hope you would find this helpful.

Mansi Bhatt 4th Dec, 2021

Hello Student!

As you mentioned, that you have already cleared your 12th board exams, but you want to attempt the same examination one more time, well yes you can but it will be possible through a Private Institution.

If you do not want to attempt the examination through a private institution then I advise you to consult the college and board faculty and discuss this issue with them.
