I would like to make it clear that the 12th board scores are not so good so there will be some difficulty in getting a particular college of your choice, but if you wish to know which all colleges you can get your admission in by JEE mains here is the link for the college predictor.

Yes, offcourse with this score you can get admission in government engineering college, bhavanagar. The eligibility to apply for undergraduate engineering course is Minimum 45 % of marks in science subjects.
The admission are taken on teh basis of GUJCET or jee main rank. So you have to appear for it. The conselling for admission is conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).

For taking admission in Rajasthan Technical University, Kota you need to be eligible and fulfill the criteria set by the University. The university conducts Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process for admission to BE/ B.Tech and B.Arch programs. JEE qualified candidates will be preferred for the REAP process.
For B.tech :- candidate must have passed 10+2 with 45%
For B ARCH :- candidate must have passed 10+2 with 50%
