eligible candidates with valid gate score 2019 in mechanical, civil and chemical engineering will be eligible if they meet specified criteria.

Still there is no issue you can apply to other PSUs.

Alternatively you can also check under ‘Current Openings’ of Careers section on www.hindustanpetroleum.com. No other mean / mode of the application shall be accepted. It will be open from January 15th to February 15th.
