Dear student,
You have not mentioned your Caste Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.
For your AP EAMCET Rank you have less chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture or Horticulture seat in good Colleges, based on previous year's Closing Ranks.
You can try for seat through counseling or can go for Management quota seat. Cut-offs varies from year to year. Cutoffs depends on factors like
>>>> Difficulty level of the exam
>>>> Number of seats available
>>>> Category
>>>> Number of students appeared in the exam

Since you are from sc category, getting a seat in horticulture is not possible with this rank. You should at least get a rank less than 4600 in order to get a seat in horticulture. Even for other categories too it would have been difficult to get a seat with this rank. You can try for other streams.
