Hello Poojitha,
For your AP EAPCET you have less chances of getting Horticulture seat in good Universities in Andhra Pradesh, based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for normal seat or Management quota seat in good Colleges.
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.

Hello Student
BSc horticulture candidate can get job in production and sales, marketing, research and development, landscape designing, public gardens, agriculture engineering, pest management. The scope for scope of job in bsc agriculture candidate it is good but job opportunities in in computer science Engineering is the the best . So one should take the course off computer science engineering from IIT, IIITs, GFTIs will be very much fruitful, hopeful and have bright prospect for job opportunities better than BSc horticulture course candidate opportunity for job.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
According to the reports, for getting a seat in colleges for non jrf candidates for horticulture courses , A general category student needs to score more than 400 marks and above. For a OBC category student enough to score more than 380. As your score is 270 you have extremely low chances of getting any college through ICAR. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to

Since you are from sc category, getting a seat in horticulture is not possible with this rank. You should at least get a rank less than 4600 in order to get a seat in horticulture. Even for other categories too it would have been difficult to get a seat with this rank. You can try for other streams.
Hello Pravalika,
You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.
It is difficult to get Horticulture seat in Acharya NG Ranga University, Andhra Pradesh for your AP EAMCET Rank, based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counseling or can go for normal seat or Management quota seat in good Colleges.
Hope this information was useful to you
