The BIPC counselling for horticulture has not started yet. It was supposed to be started on third week of November but it is delayed now and no official notice is there from the organizing committee regarding the counselling is not declared.

Andhra Pradesh bipc Eam CET counselling for bvsc, Horticulture are delayed . Previously counselling was to commence in the third week of November but now it is delayed, dates are not announced yet. Updates will be given soon on official website.
Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, it can be said that you have secured great marks. As most of the colleges in India have a cut-off close to 85%, your mark might land you in a Govt. college. But, you can try for private colleges too.

Honestly, it depends on your interests, B.Sc horticulture course deals with farming, food production, techniques involved in farming/ cultivation/ irrigation. In this course, the scope for getting employment in the government sector is high subject to the eligibility and performance in the recruitment exams.
If you are interested in studying the methods of cultivating vegetable, fruits, flowers, tea etc, then B.Sc Horticulture is the best course after Class 12th
