For bipc agriculture stream there are no slot booking process now you need to first fill the application.

The counselling for bipc has been released for the courses:

• Veterinary
• Agriculture
• Horticulture

Candidates need to fill the application provided in official website of pjtsau. The application is through online.The last date is 16 November 2020 till 4:30pm.

All the documents should be uploaded online like ssc memo, inter memo, ts eamcet Hall ticket and rankcard, study certificates and transfer certificate also.

The application for oc and bc is rs1800/- and for sc , st, ph is rs 900/- which is also to paid online.

Since you did mention your category, I will assume in falls under OC Category and this from previous year closing ranks for B.Sc horticulture and from the official closing ranks, you might not be able to get Horticulture with 33,400 rank because the closing ranks after 1st counselling was less than 10,000 in all categories.

The cut offs of this year is not yet released. It would release after the counselling.

However with last year cut offs also you can predict your changes of getting seat.

The cut offs of last year for ap eamcet , bc b, horticulture are

Non farmer quota-7839rank

Farmer quota-5918rank.

For ts eamcet last year cut offs are

Farmer quota-6537rank.

The authorities have announced the TS EAMCET 2020 Spot Admission and Internal Sliding schedule. According to the notifications released by the authorities, the students can complete internal sliding by 19,  November2020. TS EAMCET 220 Spot Admissions will conclude on November 23, 2020.

Candidates who clear the exam (https://collegedunia.com/exams/tseamcet) are eligible to participate in counselling.  As per the ranks and scores, candidates are called up for TS EAMCET counselling, on different days.

You have scored a very high rank in AP EAMCET. At such a high rank, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the government institutes for horticulture or agriculture course. The government institutes providing these courses offer admission to students with a much better rank than yours. The number of seats for these courses are also extremely limited. The number of courses are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. There are only like 500 seats in the government institutes for the agriculture course and for Horticulture, the number of seats are even less. Although you have sc category reservation, still you need to have a very good quota rank to back up your contention as the number of reservation seats are even more less. So I hope you understand the perilous state that you are in right now.

At this point of time you should explore your options and look for some good private institutes that offers admission in agriculture/horticulture to students of your rank. Before joining any of these private institutes, you need to compare them against each other to know for yourself which is the better college for you to pursue graduation.
