Since the rank you is much high than the cutoffs it is not possible to get a seat in any of the branch.Also you didn't mention whether farmers quota is applicable or not.  As per the previous year cutoff's,

The cutoff for horticulture was observed at a rank

20,798 for Farmers quota under Au region,

5,111 for unreserved non farmers quota and

14,000 for non farmers quota under svu region.

You didn't mention whether Farmers quota is applicable or not for you. So I'm assuming that you belong to non farmers quota.

Based on the rank you scored and taking your category into consideration, the chances of getting Agricultural bsc are very low as the previous year cutoff was at a rank 3008.

However the cutoffs vary from year to year, you can try for Horticulture seat, in which the previous year cutoff(7500) was close to your rank.

If you are asking to study BSc Horticulture in College of Horticulture Kolar, then you have to give KCET exam. On the basis of score in this exam you will get admission to this course. And also, you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

• The candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.

• The candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics as the main subjects in class 12th along with one of the optional subjects as Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science.

• The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.
