As you had cleared your 10+2 at this age so you can opt for any 3 of thee travel and tourism course as-
1.a bachelor's degree course of 3 years duration
2.a ug dioloma course of 6 months to 1 year duration
3. a certificate course of 6 months duration
For any of these courses you need to clear 10+2 with atleast 50% marks.
So, if you do a degree course you will complete it at the age of 20 years ; if you do a diploma /certificate course you will complete it at the age of maximum 18 years.
And as soon as you complete your course you will find alot of career options regarding your course and abilities in this field.
The starting salary packages are from Rs.35000 which go upto around Rs.100000.

The basic eligibility for an MBA in any stream is that you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized college or university. The minimum aggregate requirement varies from 45% to 50% in different colleges.
No, you don't have to start with doing BBA. An MBA is the postgraduate level course of 2 years in the domain of travel and tourism management.
