If your father's name is written incorrectly only in your college application form then its all right you can make it correct during final admission process by contacting with your college's principal by writing an application for name correction.

But if, your father's name was written incorrectly in your school marksheets then the only way to make it correct is by contacting your school's principal with an affidavit form mentioning your problem.Then they will forward your name correction application to your school board office where it will be processed and new school marksheets will  came back to your school with the correct name of your father in them. After the name got correct in your school marksheets you can easily submitt it to your college so that tgey also make corrections in your college documents.

But, i will suggest you to first take admission in the college with atleast incorrect name if your school marksheets also have incorrect name of your father. Then after the admission go to your school and apply for new marksheets with correct name of your father and then submit them in your college too for corrections.

Because the school usually take 1 month for this process and in between if you get the call for college admission then don't delay then and take admission in college first.

the case of each entrance examination is different.

In some, the invigilator keeps the admit card but in most of the cases of prominant entrances, the admit card is signed by the invigilator and is duely returned to the candidate.

the admit card is a very important document and must be kept safely untill the admission process is complete i.e councelling process has been attended and seat has been reserved.

it acts as a proof of the candidate's presence during the entrance examination.

• If you are a general candidate then you'll not get IHM lucknow because according to last year cut off closing rank was 5680 , in pwd case you can get. 
• If you belong to obc, sc or st category then you'll get ihm Lucknow with this rank.

Chances of getting seat in a college always increases in upcoming rounds.

So chances of getting a seat in 3rd round will be higher than 1st and 2nd round.
