what salary can be offered after mba in human resource management in india?

Aadhvik 3rd Jul, 2022

An MBA degree has turned out to be the stepping stone for building a successful career. Apart from guaranteeing high salaries, an MBA education also equips one with the knowledge to start enterprises while establishing a formidable place in the industry. One of the sectors in which an MBA degree carries high value is Human Resources.

MBA in HR deals with information and knowledge about the managing of an organizations workforce. This program teaches students the importance and method to understand an organization’s vision, clients, working system and culture. This program also teaches how an HR professional can work towards ensuring the welfare of a company’s employees. An HR manager has a crucial role to play in any establishment.

As per my knowledge, An MBA in HR guarantees job placements with high salary packages . The average base salary is about Rs 6.42 lakh per annum. The salary is usually determined as per the years of experience. While an HR Manager will draw about Rs 8 lakh, a Senior HR Manager's package can touch Rs 14 lakh.

Pursue an MBA at one of the top MBA university in Panipat, Delhi NCR, India which focuses on honing the natural sense of talent and innovative work of students. GU program is industry-based – quality and business skills are essential to building more informed decision-makers who can meet the challenge of the world by work. The spirit of providing an improved learning environment given the vibrant idea of bringing success under dense conditions is something that adds to our legacy of being one of the best universities in Panipat, Delhi NCR.

related to net and jrf! 1.what is the scope of jrf i mean profile 2. I have studied HRM in bcom but i have done pg in banking stock and insurance! can i opt hrm for net jrf preparation as im interested in this subject?

Fareeha 29th Feb, 2020

Hey there!

1. Qualifying the NET JRF examination can enable you to get a job in the government sectors related to your field. Also, you can then pursue a PhD in the subject of your choice.

2. There is no problem in that. As long as you had the subject in either your Bachelors or Masters, you can give the exam in that subject too.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Depending upon your level of dedication, a human resources major can take the following time to complete: Associate's degree programs, which provide entry-level opportunity, usually take two years . A bachelor's degree program takes four years . Master's degree programs and MBAs generally require one to two years.

Jobs directly related to your degree include: Human resources officer. Office manager. Occupational psychologist.

Jobs where your degree would be useful include:

  • Business adviser.
  • Careers adviser.
  • Data scientist.
  • Higher education lecturer.
  • Life coach.
  • Management consultant.
  • Mediator.
  • Operational researcher.

Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. Human Resource Management deals with issues related to compensation, performance management, organisation development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, training and others. HRM plays a strategic role in managing people and the workplace culture and environment.
