Human Resource Management
Hi,
Yes sure you can apply to JNU for MBA. But for that you have to give the CAT Exam. The CAT exam scores have 70% weightage and personal interview round will have around 30% weightage. JNU will use the CAT score for shortlisting/ selecting candidates for MBA programme.

The PWD cut-off for TISSNET 2019 was 51 marks out of 100 for the HRM & LR course. This year you need to give the TISSMAT exam as well along with the TISSNET for the HRM and LR course. If you clear the cut-off of the TISSNET exam and perform well in TISSMAT, Pre-Interview Test (PIT) and Personal Interview (PI) one has a good chance to convert the course. This time there is a sectional cut off for the GK section in TISSNET exam, you need to bring minimum 14 marks in GK out of 40 marks. There are no sectional cut offs for English and Maths section, both come for 30 marks each.
The number of PWD candidates who will appear for the TISSNET and TISSMAT exam is not known, both the exams are going to be conducted on 4th January 2020. Also the TISSMAT exam will be conducted for the first time so we don't have the previous years data regarding it. Predicting the competition is therefore tough. All you can do is focus on your preparation.
Good luck.

Hello Payal
If you consider last year cutoffs then it was around 197 for HRM.
You can get into XaHR(Human Resource), Xavier School of Rural Management(RM), Xavier School of Sustainability Management(SM) only through your NMAT score. It doesn't consider NMAT score for for its flagship, Business Management(BM) course.
The BM course is a regular Program which is designed to give inputs on all the functions of management (Marketing, Finance, HR etc). ... Whereas, the HRM aims to equip the students with the knowledge and skills required for managing HRM Functions.
Hi Pranjal,

Every company has a Human Resource department who find ways to increase employee engagement with the goal to maximize productivity. The HR department also solves disputes among employees or between the employees and the company. To work in HR, you can do an MBA in Human Resource management.
