Human Resource Management
To answer this question, it would be preferable to know what your goals are.
If you are corporate job oriented, an MBA is a good option. A B.Com degree doesn't garuntee a good employment opportunity in India. An MBA would help you enhance your skills, knowledge and make you employable. (if you do it from a good enough college that is).
On the other hand, if you want to go into the teaching profession, a M.Com degree does come in handy along with a teachers course.
There are other options you can consider, like a CFA degree or even C.A.

It’s a common notion that HR generally gets lesser compensation than their BM counterparts. This is not only untrue in almost 80% of the cases, but even for the rest of the 20%, the difference is purely an organisational level decision and not an industry practice. In fact, XLRI doesn’t face much competition with a lot of colleges on the HR front as compared to Operations/Finance/Marketing, which is why HR usually sees a larger number of companies/roles. With highest packages going as high as 30LPA, the median salary also ranges in 18–20LPA . To complete my point, yes, there are a few outliers, and that is true for every college, including all IIMs and XLRI’s BM course.

Hey Solomon ,Greetings!
A Human Resources (HR) Manager earns an average salary of Rs 613,085 per year. Most people move on to other jobs if they have more than 20 years' experience in this career. The highest paying skills associated with this job are People Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Training Management, and Generalist Duties. Pay for this job rises steadily for more experienced workers, but goes down noticeably for employees with more than 20 years' experience.
Hope this will help . Good Luck ! You can reply to this comment if you have any further queries , I will be happy to help .
Dear Jyoti,
IMT is regarded as the best Institute for distance learning owing to the high standards of coursework, assignments, case studies and examinations. The faculty are friendly and are experts in their respective fields.
IMT has been awarded the following:
However, Distance Learning programs do not allow for any practical exposure in your area of interest as much as an on-campus degree allows for.
Only take up this program if you really want to gain insights into the particular field.
Hope this helps!
