In the final selection of IBS following components are given weightage:
- 10th class: 12 percentage
- 12th class: 12 percentage
- Graduation: 16 percentage
- Group Discussion: 30 percentage
- Personal Interview: 30 percentage
In the final merit list, no weightage is given to marks of any MBA exam. MBA exam marks are only used to call students for the second round of GD and interview. So, you need to focus on your second round preparation if you have got a call from any IBS school. And one more thing all the IBSAT colleges follow the same norms for the selection procedure. Although the overall cut-off will differ due to the type of students applying for selection.
