The minimum eligibility criteria to appear for the CAT is a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks for candidates who belong to the SC/ ST and PwD category) or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Although the going may be difficult given your low graduation marks, you must score more than 96 percentile to be called from IIM-A/B/C/D for the general category. If you perform better than the 75th percentile for the reserved category, you put a lot of effort into it.

So as you are an OBC category student I suggest you to try to score above 85 percentile.
