Hello Aspirant,
On such CRL rank and OBC category you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

Hey aspirant
Yes you can get admission. Earlier minimum 75% is needed in 12 for writing jee mains. But now it is removed. Any candidates with 10+12 can appear for jee mains. Admission to NIT and IIT s are based on jee rank and percentile.
See very first thing I would like to make your that in central institutions like NITs/IIIITs there is no reservation for state category and the category that you have mentioned gets reserved only on state levels until and unless mentioned in the central list of reservation available on the official website of NCBC.

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Delhi
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology

Mizoram University
On such percentile , if we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-
Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research, Amravati
Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha's Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering, Nagpur
Barkatullah University Institute of Technology, Bhopal

Hi,
As declared in March, the NTA removed 75% marks criteria from the minimum eligibility percentage criteria.
But for JEE Mains Arch & Planning one must score a minimum of 50% marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics along with 50% aggregate in the overall examination.
Since you also have good rank in JEE, you are in a good position to secure a place in GFTIs and CFTIS. Good luck.
