Yes you can again give the exam and start your law studies. You have to start it from the starting, you will not get any privelage of being the student of the same course. It's okay.

Based on the information given by you, you are suffering from hypermetropia with +3.25 D in both the eyes.

According to the Medical standard policy of Indian Army, you are only eligible for-

1. Graduate level entries ( CDS, TGC,UES, etc) where hypermetropia should be =< 3.5D.

2.Post graduate level entries ( JAG, AEC, TA, AMC, etc) where hypermetropia should be =< 3.5D.

Also LASIK is permitted in both these entries.

If you have more then 40% then you can become an soldier in Indian army or can apply for tradesman post without getting 40% aggregate. You just have to pass 10th to apply for tradesman.

If you start your journey in army after 12 as an soldiers you can't give CDSE. Ek bar army mai enter hone ke baad aap dhusri entry ke apply Nahi Kar shakte. Entries such as ACC no ki serving soldiers ke liye Hoti h after 2 year of job aap de shakte h. Aap ke Pas bhut se muke mille ge army mai Jane ke baad. Jisse aap officer ban shakte h.

In order to get eligible for PARA COMMANDO you need to join NDA to join army after class 12th and after completing your degree from NDA, you will be sent to IMA for your military training. During your last term of IMA you have volunteer for PARA course . To do this course the volunteer needs to pass the probation period of around 6 months. The candidate who clears this probation will be then sent for PARA course for PARA jumps. The candidate then becomes a paratrooper. But to become a PARA commando you need to earn a Balidaan badge on your uniform. It is then you are inducted in PARA SF (Special Forces). I hope this is helpful to you
