Hi Komal,
From facility if you mean to say ward of ex servicemen quota then yes they do provide that in KEAM. But the options to select your branch may get limited. Last year CET, Trivandrum provided quota in only two streams: Civil Engineering and electrical and electronics engineering.
The opening cutoff for Civil was 1253 and closing cutoff was 4825.
Opening cutoff for EE was 556 and closing cutoff was 1386

Hi Tulsi,
On their site for eligibility criteria they had mentioned that the parent should have completed minimum 10 years of service in the Army which I think holds true with you.
Second about the cutoff. Last year closing cutoff was 113592. This is general cutoff. Department wise cut for all the departments is not available for the year 2019. But in 2018 the closing cutoff for CSE was 55132 and for IT it was 65295.
With 80 percentile your rank comes out to be 173802. (Formula:(100-percentile)*869010/100) there is tough chance that you can get into.
I would suggest you to appear in April session exam and try your best as they have mentioned on their site that they'll be considering best of two.
