There are various ways through which candidates can join the Indian Army after graduation. They are as follows:
It is a common entrance examination that is held twice every year in September/October and February/March by the UPSC. Unmarried Males -Females can apply for this examination.
In this case, a candidate won't have to sit for an entrance exam if they have done service in the NCC Senior Division Army
For TGC no entrance exam is held. The application releases twice a year and the recruitment is for :

Dear Student,
UES entry is the university level exam, where everything will be based on your btech subjects and after the short interview of your college selection they will alot you the SSB. And after that you need to clear the SSB.
There is no need to prepare any extra for the UES entry.

TES or Technical Entry Scheme is an opportunity by which aspirants can make a career in technical field in Indian Army. An important eligibility criteria is that the individual must have qualified JEE Mains Examination.
There are a total of 90 vacancies but they keep on changing (either increase or decrease) as per the requirement by the organisation. Also the TES Entry provides a permanent commission in Indian Army.
For TES Entry around 20,000 candidates are called for SSB.
Online Application for TES -46 course has started on October 8, 2021 and students can fill the application till Nov 8, 2021.
TES-46 is Technical Entry Scheme. Candidates are required to fill their CRL Rank (Common Rank List of JEE MAINS Examination (BE/BTech.), JEE MAINS has been made compulsory for TES Entry from TES -46 onwards.
This eligibility criteria is to be fulfilled along with 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) in class XII .

Indian Army never releases any particular percentile as cut-off. But If you are across 75 percentile you can be considered as safe. As you have crossed 80 percentile. There are better chances for you to get a call for interview. This depends on the following factors :
The cutoff can never be predicted easily. All I can say is that there are chances or not. Never give up and keep up the spirit.

As per the information available, for Indian Army through NDA the limits for Myopia is -3.5D. So as you are in the range then you are eligible for the India Army through NDA.

Yes, UES entry is still there for Indian Army. B.E./B.Tech., Engineering degree students studying in Pre-Final Year i.e. studying in 3rd year, who wish to join Indian Army as a Permanent Commissioned Officer through SSB interview without any written exam, may apply under University Entry Scheme (UES) 2021-2022.

Eligibility criteria for Indian Army BSc nursing is given below :-
