Dear aspirant
As you are neet aspirant this year and if you want to join Indian army so your prime focus should to get High score and get a seat in Armed Forces Medical College, Pune.
Benefits of getting this college is you will have to serve Indian army for sure. they do have a bond that after completing your course you will have to serve in army for 7 years , but there is a option that you can come out of AFMC anytime you want after completion of your course , by paying bond amount to the government.
Candidates must note that admission to the institute is not done solely on the basis of NEET UG scores, as the authorities conduct separate counselling for the seats. AFMC MBBS counselling 2020 is divided into various steps which candidates are required to successfully complete in order to be eligible for admissions. AFMC MBBS 2020 counselling involves various steps that are to be successfully completed by the candidates to secure a seat for themselves. These steps are ToELR (Test of English Language Comprehension & Logical Reasoning), document verification, Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), medical examination and Personal Interview by the Board of Officers.
You can check about this college counselling and cut off from link

Hi,
Since you are doing Engineering, you will be eligible for applying to Armed forces from 4th year onwards. This is because , the Armed force will need your original passing certificate at the time of joining. So if you applying at Armed Force in 3rd year, then you won't be able to get you graduate certificate in time.
You can apply for the following exams to get into Armed Forces:
1. Combined Defence Services - CDS
2. Technical Graduate Scheme - TGC - Indian Army
3. AFCAT - Airforce
4. UES - Indian Navy
5. NCC Cadet Entry Scheme : Only if you have NCC Certificate.
I hope this help with your queries.
Thanks!!!
Dear Aman,
I am answering your question on the basis of information bulletin provided on the main website of NEET UG. I request you to download the information bulletin after reading the answer.
You can apply in NEET UG application form under PwD quota but your certificate by Army is not valid for the admission. Don't worry just read. The certificate issued by Indian Army is for you to know whether you can apply for this quota or not. Because after the result is declared then to take part in the online counselling you need to get another certificate from one of the 13 centers which are given in the NEET UG information bulletin. Those are as follows :
So you should go to the nearest centre and can go to their examination department for your PwD certificate. You just need to take a printout from the information bulletin from page number 91 ( appendix VIII a) for the format of the certificate and then you will be examined for your Disability in the centre mentioned above and after your medical examination they will sign on your certificate.
After this you can freely apply to the online counselling without any worry.
This is important to do because if you don't have the certificate issued from one of the centers mentioned above (Disability Assessment Board) then it will be considered ineligible for common online counseling and if that student gets any medical seat then it will be considered entirely fraudulent as mentioned in the information bulletin.
So to summarize, fill your NEET UG form with PwD category if you are sure that you are eligible for the Disability criteria.
Then after results or during the period when the result are about to come go to one of the Centers near you as mentioned above.
Fill the form given in information bulletin and it signed after your Disability examination.
And then you can take part in the common online counselling
Hope this answers your query
Thank you.
Hi Aman!
According to the NEET 2021 Reservation Policy for PwD, The degree of disability should be checked or assessed as per the guidelines set by the Govt. Must hold a “Certificate of Disability”. Disability certificate should be made from the 12 designated centers by NTA. So, you need to show the PwD certificate made by any one of the designated centre.
Thankyou!
