Hi,
Well the chances are really low but still there is no harm in applying. You cannot know when what would happen. So I would recommend you to apply for counseling and wait even if the chances of admission is low and you can know better later.
I hope my answer helps.
All the best.
Kindly mention here the programme you wish to get admission & IITs & NITs. The exact prediction would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities, You can take an idea with the previous year cutoff given below of each IIT & NIT.

Hello aspirant
No, you can not do M.Tech after BSc . You can do M.Tech only if you have B.Tech or B. E. Degree in any of Engineering or Technical discipline.
If you are BSC then you have to do MSc first to do M.Tech.
However you can do M.tech in material Science engineering of Maysore University after BSc. But for other streams in m.tech you should have B.E. or B.Tech degree.
Hello,
Yes these are percentage of total score. Candidates interested to get an admission into IISc have to score marks above the cutoff percentage of total marks. Check cutoff percentage as per your category and apply for it.
IISc considers jee , meet and KVPY scores for admission.
Hope it helps
