Hey there hope you're doing well.
Dear aspirant, the previous year cut off in ST category for clearing JEE MAIN was 44 percentile. The expected trend is likely to be similar this year due to slight changes in total no. Of students appearing in the examination. It's difficult to tell exact marks But you are suggested to score as good as possible so that you are placed in top ranks in your respective category and probability of yours to get into good colleges are more.

According to last years cutoff

General : rank 1 -250

Other all categories : all were given spot admission

This is just last years cutoff. However it could drastically change in year 2019 as more number of students are going to give kvpy.

I think this year , all obc/sc/st candidates could not get seat (unlike last) as competition is improved.

IISc Or Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore takes admission through various national level entrance exams like KVPY, JEE, NEET etc. It offers courses in following departments-

Chemistry
Maths
Physics
Earth and environmental studies
Material science
Biology

Now the easiest way to get admission in IISc is via KVPY(SA/SX) in which an all India rank of around 300 is decent enough for a general category student to get admission. For JEE mains and advanced also you need your rank to be around the same figure and as you have obtained 99.94 percentile I see your rank in vicinity of 700.This is a very good rank which will give you every branch of every NIT and IIIT but it might not be sufficient enough to secure a spot in IISc. So, your only options left are either to get a rank under 300 or 99.975+ percentile in jee April or crack jee advanced with a rank under 300 or last reservoir is, to perform excellent in the interview round of KVPY(if you have qualified the test).

The cutoff keeps changing every year but based on previous years' data, if you belong to general category, then a score above 610 out of 720 is good enough to grab a seat in IISc Bangalore. For OBC candidates, the cutoff score usually lies around 430+ marks.
