Indian Institute of Technology Madras
Dear Aspirant
IIT Madras is a technical institute most popular for their bachelor in engineering program. It is a 4 year professional course, called BTECH. You can take admission in the btech course, iff you clear the JEE advanced examination.
Other popular courses are Mtech and MBA, which are master courses in the technical engineering field and management field respectively.
NIRF ranking gives IIT Madras the top position in its list released in the JUNE 2020.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hello,
Candidate who need to take the suitability test must upload the curriculum of his/her course in qualifying exam and a test will be conducted to know if you are suitable for the M.tech program you have opted. After that a phone call or skype call is made for interaction purpose. It is like a quick interview and you will be asked about yourself, your goal, why did you choose that particular program, whether you are interested or not etc.
hi,
see the previous years suitability test is taken in iit madras campus, it is a screening test where the respective faculty of the concerned discipline will give a presentation on the particular engineering domain in mtech course, you need to attend the presentation, then there was an interview sessions, where you will be asked questions like tell me about your self, why you want to join in this particular discipline, what is your goal for mtech course etc.
Hi DC Pandey is a good book for JEE preparation Physics mainly deals with concepts and then you have to apply the learned concepts to solve numericals. So use DC pandey in this way:- Go through the theory of the DC Pandey well:- while reading the chapter focus on clearing concepts and underline the important paragraphs . Go through soved examples :- after going through the theory of the chapter from DC Pandey go through solved examples it has large number of solved examples for your better understandin, it will help you to learn how to appy the concepts for solving numericals . Go through unsolved question of the DC Pandey'- you should solve your questions on your own after going through the examples After finishing each chapter ,make short notes of formulas and important concepts that you learnt while going through the chapter and keep revising them at regular intervals like once in 15 days Thank you
Hey there
It totally depends on your branch like for electrical engineering for admissions into IITs minimum rank should be around 1400-1500 for mtech after then chances are very less. The data is almost same for mechanical engineering students also but not for CSE, IT etc.
