For admission in IIT s you have to give jee advanced and have to secure a good rank.

And depending upon your rank and other students preference and number of seats you will allot seat.

The exam will be on 27 th may 2019 and cut offs will be decided after the exam because cut off will vary according to the condition and other factors like exam level ; number of students they want to qualify etc.

And to give jee advanced you have to give jee mains and qualify it by securing more than jee mains cut offs percentile .

Hi poornesh, for admission in any college or university depends upon merit list. Merit list depends upon many factors like number of students appeared in the enteance exam, number of studenta who have cleared the exam, number of students applied in the same university as of yours, etc. Based on these factors merit loat will generate. Based on that merit list you can decide whether you will get admiasion or not. Hope this is helpful for your dilemma.

Candidates aspiring to take admission for the various undergraduate courses at IIT Madras can check the JEE Advanced cutoff score ONLINE, which will be released by the authorities. Cutoff of JEE Advanced 2019 for IIT Madras will be released in online mode along with opening and closing ranks for candidates belonging to different categories. While preparing the cutoff, the various factors like the number of candidates applied and appeared, difficulty level of JEE Advanced and cutoff trends of previous years will be taken into consideration. Candidates will have to meet the cutoff of JEE Advanced for IIT Madras to improve their chances of the admission. JEE Advance will be held on 27th May 2019 and after that the ranks will be out. Speaking for the year 2018, the JEE Advance cutoff at IIT Madras for computer science was 

General- opening rank= 51 and closing rank= 200

SC/ST- opening rank= 17 and closing rank= 50

OBC- opening rank= 49 and closing rank= 89

By far IIT kharagpur and IIT Bombay are considered the best aeronautics engineering colleges according to multiple surveys. Then ofcourse are iit Kanpur and IIT Madras. To be true prospect of aeronautics and aerospace in India is pretty low if you are not in one of the above mentioned institution and even if one manages to get through with jee and get into these institution only the top rung of students get good jobs. Ofcourse there is a lot of prospect in the aerospace engineering field as far as research and development is considered abroad and in india too in institution like ISRO . Hindustan aeronautics in India recruits aeronautic engineer. I would also like to mention if u would like to study aeronautics or aerospace engineering. And you do a good bit of research on this.

IIT Roorkee will conduct JEE Advanced 2019 on May 27 .

So, the cutoffs have not been released yet.

Hey there,

Your chances of getting the IIT is very low. Your score must have a more better number to get the ECE Mtech at any IIT. I will suggest you to go for nits in the northeastern part of country. Some of these are NIT Mizoram, Agartala etc.
