Is IIT madras is good for aeronautical /aerospace engineering or IIT kharagpur. Please answer me

Blah blah 18th Mar, 2019

Dear Dev,

IIT Madras: This is the place you want to go if you love rockets and stuff. They have a good facility for Launch dynamics study, acoustic vibrations of launch pad, damping of vibrations and stuff.

IIT Kharagpur : IITKGP deals with mostly computers of the Aerospace field. They have good research going on the control systems, and programming part of the Aerospace field.

And if you have the option of IIST, then please join IIST. You’ll by default get placed in ISRO once you graduate from IIST, and their facilities are above par, much better than the IIT’s.

It takes admission through Jee Advanced through it's own separate counseling which is done in online mode.

Hello Tushar,

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level post-graduate entrance exam that is jointly conducted by the seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore for admission to M.Tech programs offered by government as well as many private institutes.

GATE 2019 was organized by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in online mode on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019.
