If you have gone through so much backlog then it might be diffivdif for you to get into good MNC remember I am telling difficult not impossible therefore you should try very hard because in the interview they will see your resume and they may reject you if you have too much backlog.
You need to be a good student in the class that is someone who has closed greater than 8. You must practice a lot in two years and get good knowledge of Data structure and Algorithms and have very strong problems solving skills, once you are in the second years companies will organise tests and then those who qualify appear for interview that's it.
Don't get nervous it is very easy from IIT I have seen my M Tech friends getting job of 44 LPA in micMicros who has done BE from a private college.
Hi
Companysuch as Google Microsoft and other big multinational companies which visits it does not ask for graduation percentage they just sitting CP cutoff for the masters student like 7 or 8 and then take a test students get shortlisted in the test and asked for the interview. The test is consists of coding skills and other aptitude skills.
All the best
The process for placement is currently ongoing this year it has seen a approximately 30% rise in placement compared to last year therefore you can expect 100% placement once the placement process is over with average package of 15 to 20 lacs per annum.
Only students from computer science and engineering are eligible to appear for Google and Microsoft placement stays there for if you are interested in doing Masters from it then and also interested to get a job in Microsoft and Google then you should go for Computer Science and Engineering because only those students are able to get placed into Google Microsoft also if there is a mathematics and computing department then you should go for it because they also mostly eligible for those companies.
Both BTech and Mtech students of Computer Science and Engineering arrival to appear for Google and Microsoft placement testit has been observed that both the students get a job in this multinational companies hire if you just go to the statistics then it is a fact that the packages of B tech students are generally higher compared to Mtech students also in terms of percentage placement BTech students beats Mtech students.
