You have no chances for IITs and not even NITs .Score less than 500 can give you no IITs ,no NITs and no IIITs/GFTIs.

uou might probably get state engineering colleges/Universities.You should apply there .

Previous year GATE Marks for getting a seat in Instrumentation M.E. programs at Anna University was 12 to 15 marks for Instrumentation engineering. So, by seeing your score of 372 in the GATE Examination this year, you may get M.E. in Mechatronics engineering at Anna university. Let's hope for the best.

Well I can help u in this. See the standard of the paper this year was low as compared to the previous year papers so the cut off might increase.

See the GATE score u have got gives u about the 48 - 53 marks in GATE. With this marks u might get some of the NITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field u have chosen to prepare ur good academic background.

About choosing PSUs u might get deprived of that as ur marks are not sufficient to get into the top notch positions.

If you have domicile of west bengal then even with lower score you can secure seat in jadavpur university with electronics and instrumental engineering stream.,as special prefrence has given to west bengal candidates.You need to score at least 5k score to get core stream.If you are from other states then you need to score at least 500 rank under general category as only 20-30% seat are filled with other states candidates.

I would reccomend you to choose for an MS in the same field as the field which you have done your Under Gradute course is one of the most important field and is the soul of the core engineering.
