Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) its own recruitment examination for for B.E/B.Tech graduates. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed B.E/B. Tech with minimum 65% overall aggregate marks or 6.84 CGPA on 10 point scale. The overall aggregate percentage is considered to determine the eligibility so you should maintain the required percentage or CGPA not only in first semester but throughout the course you need to ensure that you have 65% aggregate marks( 6.84 CGPA) or above to appear for ISRO recruitment examination.

Well after doing masters you can join as an intern and can then do internship but to get a proper job of a junior scientist or something, I would recommend you to go for PhD before you can actually plan of landing a good job at Isro. Isro is a highly research oriented organisation and getting there is very competitive.

You need to opt for Science after 10th class, and need to clear examinations like JEE mains etc to get a good college of BTech or you have to score good marks in your 12th boards examination as well as entrance examination for Bsc.
To become scientist in isro you need to score more than 65% or. 6.84 CGPA in BTech/ Mtech or bsc.if you get admission in Indian institute of space science and technology then it will be very easy for you to get a job in ISRO.
ISRO picks graduates from IITs and NITs directly, so you can go for these colleges as well.
Atlast you need to work hard, as the competition is high, but if you have passion then you will definitely get a job at ISRO.
