With this rank, you won't get any IIT. However, you can apply for MTech in Biotech at NIT Rourkela and IIEST Shibpur. These two colleges provide various specializations in Biotechnology whose cut offs lie in the rank you mentioned. The seats for Biotechnology in JAM is very less and it seems difficult to secure a seat in any of the IITs at this rank. If you would have secured a rank under 200 then you would have surely got into any of the IITs.

National Institute of Technology, Rourkela
National Institute of technology, Durgapur.
Indian Institute of Engineering and Science technology, Shibpur and many more.
If difficult to get IITs and IISc at this rank.

Yes, IIT Roorkee will recruit students fir admission in Msc biotechnology, but to take admission you have to give IIT JAM.and need to score good marks.
IIT JAM registration forms will be available in mid April (15-20th April) for admission process.after that they will publish the admission list.

JAM stands for Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. It is an admission test conducted for admission in Master of Science and other post-graduate science programs at Indian Institutes of Technology and Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru, organized by alternating institutes every year. IIT JAM 2021 examination is scheduled to be held on Feb 14, 2021. Minimum criteria to become eligible for the exam is a bachelor’s degree with at least 55%. As you are non mathematics student so it is difficult to get good score on maths. So first af all you need to know the iit jam syllabus and exam pattern . Syllabus is huge. So start preparing from the day one. So first go through all chapters of maths from board book. Then try to solve problems. And practice from privious year question paper. It you get any difficulty then take tha help of you tube.

As per the eligibility criteria, to wrie IIT JAM for biotechnology , candidate need to have a bachelor's degree with relevant subjects and bilogy is essential subject. There is no need of mathematics. To know more, visit here:

see iits is the best institute in india for pursuing master of science course in biotechnology, however apart from iits there is several reputed institute in india which offers msc courses in biotechnology or equivalent discipline, I have mentioned some of the entrance exam name below conducts by the institute,
