From 2019 the iit jam biological sciences paper has been discontinued. So as of now there is no biological sciences paper included in iit jam exam.

If one opt for iit jam Biotechnology he can apply for following programs at IITs -

• M.Sc. Biotechnology
• Joint M.Sc.- Ph.D. in Molecular Medical Microbiology
• M.Sc.- Ph.D. Dual Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering

It seems like you have less chances of getting into M.Sc IIT.

If you are general candidate student then you may have to lose all the hope here.

If you are a obc candidate, you can get a new IIT like IIT BHUBANESWAR .

If you have sc/st quota then you can get into Old IITs easily specially if you have st quota.

According to IIT JAM 2019 , you may not get admission in IITs with this rank.But keep in mind that the closing ranks vary every year. IIT JAM 2019 third round closing ranks for Biotechnology (OBC category ) in various IITs are given below :

IIT Bombay - 88

IIT Roorkee - 227

IIT Indore - 241

Since your rank and score is quite decent, you have high chances of getting NITs. So you don't need to be down your rank and score is really good you can definitely get NITs.
