As per your requirement, i would say that as you have scored 76 marks in iit jam Biotechnology, so getting into iit bombay would depend on what your rank is in the exam.
Getting into iit or any other collegr, you need to qualify the eligibility criteria and also cross the cut off.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
