According to your marks, it is difficult to clear jee advanced even with ews category.
The cutoff marks for ews category students is generally in the range 60-65 marks in total and minimum 5 marks in each subject. That means you have very less or negligible chances for clearing jee advanced.
Also, the ranks in jee Advanced are only declared for those students who have cleared it.

Actually this rank is enough to qualify the examination. But getting an IIT is tough for you. But as you are category student then in lower IITs you can able to have a seat.

According to the category rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing OBC rank of last year was around 5-5.5k .
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

It all depends on the cutoff and cutoff really matters with many factors like Number of seats,difficulty level of the paper..etc. There are chances for you to get into IITs but if you are looking for a branch like computer science then that might be difficult for you to get in. If you are choosing branches having less competitors ,getting seat would be easy. At last the decision is all yours.
