I got 104 marks in Jee advanced .I belong to OBC category.can I get any group in any IIT.

Chances are very less to get seat with this score as this is not the suffiecient one to secure seat in IITs.

Also, please share whether you have given any other engineering entrance or not?

with 302 in bitsat, 6779 rank in jee mains , and 183 marks in jee advanced, what options should I take ?

At this score you have very less chancd of getting branch at BITS Pilani , so IITs is what you can consider . I assume your jee rank would be around 3-4k.
