Yes you can get IITs with your category rank....but it will be difficult to get a core branch with that rank

I think that u had not evaluated your jee advanced marks correctly with the official answer key released by IIT madras.
Because it is just impossible for a person to score 65+ in jee advanced who had a rank of about 2 lakhs.
