It's not possible to get any NITS OR IiITS .Maximum rank cutoff goes upto 8k-9k based on previous year data.possibility for government engineering college based on your OBC rank. With 57K OBC rank ,the chances of getting any NIT or IIIT are almost neglegiable.But still you have chances to get any GFTI of your home state.

As per your category you still don't have secured much score. The cutoff trend set by this year by nta in jee mains is around 50 percentile. And if you have scored more than 90 percentile in sc category, then there is a sure chance that you can get some good nits or iiits. But you have not secured that much percentile. So you can not get any nit or iiits. Try for some other state government college or some other private colleges like cv raman global institute, or kalinga institute of industrial technology.
