JEE Main 2020
hello supriya
this is really a bit shocking even for me because i have seen the last year cutoffs and that was not that much different . however this is all due to the process of normalization process which is a bit complicated to understand but jee mains use this method to predict the rank .it may happened that the number of candidates scoring above 147 was higher at that shift and the question paper relatively easier .

Hi Aspirant,
You have secured a very good score in JEE Mains but I regret to inform you that it is not sufficient to get you into IIITs or NITs or GFITs.But still you can aim for the top private universities like VITs and SRMs and MIT Manipal. These colleges have good placements and also good crowd. If high fees is not your concern then they definately are the colleges to take into consideration.Hope you get into a good college in a good branch and I hope I have provided you with some clarity. All the best.

Hello Pulkit
With your percentile score, there are very less chances that you get admission in NIT, even with your category percentile and rank. The competition in this year exam has increased. Also, the cutoff percentile to give JEE Advanced is increased this year. The opening and closing ranks for NIT changes every year depending upon the cutoff marks. So, there are very less chances for you to get NIT.
You can check other colleges which you can get on your percentile using Careers360 college predictor tool.

Hope this helps and all the best.
Dear aspirant at first congratulations for your result and wishes for your future life. According to your I am afraid to inform you that your chaces of getting ECE in NITs is nearly impossible as well as it is very hard for you to get other engineering streams too if you are of general category. However if you belong to other caste categories then their might be a chance besides you can apply for very good private engineering colleges and you can seat for state counselling also. Your chances of getting that is very high . However you can check our college predictions site for more info
