The rank which you have scored inspite of being SC category is quite low and in this getting any good colleges would not at all be possible because of the higher cutoffs but definitely there are many more lower or mid range of colleges where you can try for the admission.

Hi aspirant,

You should have edited your details during the correction window itself but is not a major problem. You can try writing a request email to [email protected], [email protected] but if in case there is no reply or help you can write the advanced exam (if qualified) as you did in jee main.

At the time of counseling you will need to carry a self attested affidavit claiming both the persons are same and it should be supported by valid documents. The verification officer will most probably approve the request and it will be sorted. In case process is completely online attach the affidavits with the concerned documents.

You may have chances to get a seat in lower NITs and IIITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Puducherry, silchar Mizoram, meghalaya, Sikkim, Calicut and likewise or IIITDM Jabalpur, IIIT Dharwad

In JoSAA your category rank will be considered....while in CSAB counselling your CRL rank will be considered....There are limited seats for a particular category in any branch.
