To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main rank or score you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
Hello,
With 78 marks your percentile is going to vary in between 88.03 - 91.15 and your rank is expected to be around 102300 approximately. You can check the expected percentile and rank by using Careers360 JEE Main Rank Predictor Tool, the link to the tool is given below https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
The rank predictor results are not the actual results because the predictor is based on the previous year marks vs rank trend so the actual result may vary. Last year the qualifying percentile was as follows for each category
If you belong to OBC-NCL category then you have decent chances to qualify in JEE Main and appear for JEE Advanced. But the qualifying cut off is subjected to change this year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam etc. To know the list of institutes in which you may get seat you may use our JEE Main college predictor tool
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
According to the cut-offs of Joint Entrance Examination Main for General category in the past few years, the cut-off percentile has been in the range of 89 percentile to 91 percentile. So, by going with the cut-offs of last years, you have a very less chance of qualifying JEE Main 2022. However, you may get Computer Science and Engineering easily in private Universities and Colleges. Some of the colleges you should target are:
VIT Vellore SRM Chennai PSIT Kanpur KIIT Kalinga
You can also use our college predictor to see your chances in all the colleges: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
As you procured 26.9k sc rank in jee mains 2022 and you are wanting to take VSSUT so let me tell you that for taking admission in this college you need to apply for ojee counselling and as per the cut offs decided by the authorities ,if you clear the cut offs you will get a seat there accordingly.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
As you have procured 44 percentile in jee mains 2022 and to participate in josaa counselling , anybody can participate in the counselling but there is no point in registering for counselling because if you belong to general category it's just not possible to get any college in this percentile because the cut offs will be higher.
