The percentile you mentioned is quite less to get seat into the top NIT's IIT's or any government college. For the OBC category candidate it is must to score around 90-95 percentile to get the seat in the NIT. You can go through the counselling process to get seat in the semi government or private colleges

The cut-off percentile for the ST Category in JEE Mains is 44.3345 percentile and looking to your percentile secured i.e 53 percentile hence you can assuredly get admission in the state level government colleges as well as in the GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions).

So, with regard of you're query. For the percentile of 86. you'll be qualify for JEE advance examination. Because, in the pervious year's the cut off in SC region was 48 in 2021 and 54 percentile in 2020. you'll be secure a rank around 1.4lakh-1.6lakh in general category and In SC category around 5k- 8K.
