See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your percentile and rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile and rank are expected to be in the range of 89-91 and around 1 Lakh+ respectively.
You can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

Note that the percentile and rank which are predicted is only the expected percentile and rank on the basis of previous year's data so your actual percentile and rank might vary depending upon current factors.
Based on such rank if you belongs to General category then you have almost no chances to get any of the NITs and that too for IT branch, this is because cut-off ranks for NITs are under 20000-25000.

Hope you are doing well.
Candidates' scores on the common entrance tests determine their chances of admission to the UG programme at CBIT college. Basically the college takes admission through EAMCET conducted by JNTUH. If you want to enroll in CBIT, your JEE Mains rank won't be accepted.

hello aspirant,
See it is very difficult to predict the exact and precise percentile score and rank in JEE mains on the basis of the marks secured in JEE mains. This is because the JEE mains Cutoff rank keeps varying every year and it depends on various factors like : Difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff trends, number of aspirants appearing, etc.
However, looking at the previous year JEE mains cutoff, with 70 marks in JEE mains 2022, your expected Percentile score is predicted to be around 85.96 - 89.08.
The above prediction is based on the previous year data and the actual score may vary.
