Unfortunately the question to your answer is know as National Testing Agency concluded the registration for JEE main session 2 on 30th of june. Though are some news claiming that NTA would soon reopen the application for students left out. Keep visiting jeemain.nta.nic.in regularly in order to stay updated.

The JEE Main 2022 answer key for June 25 shifts 1 and 2 has been made available by the coaching centre Resonance. The unofficial JEE Main answer key for June 25, 2022, has been made available for students to download. Before the results are announced, candidates can estimate their expected score using the JEE Mains answer key.

So, with this rank, it will be extremely difficult to get any government colleges.
