JEE Main Exam
Hello,
There is no minimum percentage required in your 10+2 level to be eligible for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) mains. You will be eligible for JEE if you qualify 10+2 level. Minimum percentage of 75% is required by general category students for admissions in NITs, IITs, IIITs. But for last two years the minimum percentage was scrapped due to the on going pandemic. There is no guarantee that it will continue for next year too. So if you want admissions in NITs and IITs you will have to have minimum of 75% in your 10+2 level if you are a general category students but to be eligible for JEE there is no minimum percentage required.

Hello Pratiksha,
As you might know that JEE main is the national level entrance examination for engineering colleges and courses.
The eligibility criteria for applying to JEE main is
For Paper 1 (B.Tech), the candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects in Class 12th, and Chemistry/ Biotechnology can be optional subjects.
For Paper 2A & 2B, the candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects in Class 12th.
So, if you are PCB student, then you can only appear for JEE main if you have Maths as a subject in 12th,i.e if you're PCMB/PCM student.
IITs is Indian Institute of technology college. There present so many IITs and nits or national institute of technology college. All are goverment college. But due to report IITs have their EWS category seats. Almost 509 seats are available in last year. IIT Delhi is going to implement 5.6% EWS quota, IIT Kharagpur may implement 3% quota, and the IITs of Madras and Roorkee is expected to implement a quota of 4%. This are the example of EWS quota seats. So you have to apply this IITs may be you will get chance. If seats are already books then you can go another colleges like NITs or government college.
All the best.
