BITSAT (BITS Admission Test) is a computer-based test conducted by BITS, PILANI. Birla Institute of Technology conducts BITSAT which is a Universal level entrance examination conducted for admission into its integrated first-degree programmes. It has 3 campuses located in 3 places Pilani campus, Goa campus and Hyderabad campus. BITSAT eligibility includes certain academic and age-related criteria that a candidate willing to apply for BITSAT should satisfy.
First, let’s have a glimpse of the eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2019:
· The application form for BITSAT has been released by the institute from the first week of March 2019.
· The candidates who have cleared their 12th standard exam with an aggregate of 75% of marks in PCB/ PCM will be eligible to apply for the exam.
· The BITSAT 2019 is being scheduled to be conducted in multiple dates from May 16 to 26, 2019.
· The eligibility Standards for the BITSAT will be determined by the BITS, Pilani for the admissions into various courses in it.
There are some particular standards that are laid for the exam according to the academic background of the candidates. The standard set by the institute varies for all the courses offered by the institute. Following are the course-wise eligibility criteria for the exam:
E. (Hons), M.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. (Tech) Programs:
· The candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their subjects in their 12th
· The candidates should have secured minimum aggregate marks of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
· The candidates should have scored a minimum of 60% in each of the subjects mentioned above.
Pharm (Hons) Programs:
· The candidates should have cleared their 12th standard from any recognized university of Central or State Board.
· The candidates should have learned Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their subjects in 12th
· The candidates should secure a minimum aggregate of 75% scores in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
· The candidates should score a minimum of 60% in each of the subjects mentioned above.

SAT is a Standard Entrance Examination for admission to Colleges or Universities in the US. After you complete ypur SAT exam, your score card is sent to you along with report of assessment. SAT is marked out of 2400 points and each University has its own cut off. A score of 1800 and above us considered a good score. The validity of your SAT score is 5 years. Based on your SAT scores, you need to figure out the Colleges/Universities that accept these scores and start applying for those Colleges/Institutions. After gaining an admission, you meed to apply for your Visa. Once your Visa has been approved, you can go to US to study.

The NTSE Tamil Nadu cutoff 2019 has been released by DGE TN on April 11, 2019. The cutoff has been released for all categories. Along with the cutoff, DGE TN has also released the merit list. Dear Adiba, as SAT has no specific eligibility criteria and anyone above 12 years of age can appear for SAT, you are eligible for appearing for SAT. It is accepted in Canada among many other Nations. Provided you get a seat in the desired college, you can study in Canada with your SAT score. However you need to check the colleges that accept SAT score before applying.

If you have not studied the topics of class 11 clearly than nothing to worry because, still you have time to cover them but, remember one thing that if even now you have not started your preparation with a strong strategy and in a planned manner than it would have been late by august and september and you will be facing problem in time management for board and eneternce exames at once. So, it would be better to start early and give your best. Here I am going to give you some tips which may helps you in making your strategy:-
Always be stressfree and focused on your goal, be regular to your classes, attend the lectures of all topics in your coaching. Be smart and ahead in study, never go for shortcut while doing practice.

Hey Aspirant, SAT exam is for individuals who want to study undergraduate courses in the USA. Along with SAT, you will also have to give language proficiency tests like TOEFL and IELTS both of which tests your command on English language and are required for pursuing an undergraduate degree from the US.
By clearing the SAT you will be eligible for Studying B.Arch in the USA only.
The eligibility criteria for the SAT are the following:
1. Any student more than 12 years old is eligible for giving the exam and if a student is above 21 years of age then he/she must produce a government-issued photo ID like Driving license or passport to the test centre.

The answer is NO!, you can enter any college which takes student fro SAT directly . For example IPM IIM INDORE has SAT quota and the students didn't need to give the IPMAT exam. NITs and other GFTIs might have NRI seats but for that you have to give the basic entrance test for the respective instititue and in this case it's JEE MAINS.
