According to recent DASA , SAT II scores are considered for NRI students to join IIT's.but you should most likely pay a higher amount of fees than a NON NRI's. NRI Students can also give JEE advance and if they clear they are elligible.

The NTSE Haryana Cutoff for 2018 was 127 for General category candidates, 106 for SC and 71 for PwD candidates. This year, the cut off for NTSE Haryana will change due to change in the exam pattern. The exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks. Also. there will be no Language test this time.

There are two ways you can register for the SAT exam in India.

Register Online

• Create a student profile here
• Choose test date and test center (Sunday testing an option to choose test center closer to home is not offered)
• You will receive an immediate registration confirmation
• Pay the exam fee through credit/debit card or online funds transfer.
• Registration deadlines are typically about three to four weeks before a test date.
• Late registration deadlines are typically about two to three weeks before a test date, and registering late will incur a late fee.

Register by Mail

• You first need ‘The Student Registration Guide for the SAT and SAT Subject Tests’, which is available at schools.
• The guide includes a registration form.
• The form needs to be sent along with a demand draft.
• The local representative of SAT in India is the USIEF. The mailed forms will be directed to their regional office.

SAT exam is conducted to evaluate candidates’ academic knowledge in Reading, Writing and Quantitative Aptitude and other prescribed specialized subjects. 
You will have to pay a registration fee to apply for the exam. 
And, for admission to Universities you will have to pay the University fee. 

However, many Universities also provide scholarship to students. 
You will have to check the criteria of the University where you wish to apply for admission.

Sorry, but you arent eligible for IRMA SAT if you dont give your CAT or XAT. You are only selected there on the basisof this exams.
