According to recent DASA , SAT II scores are considered for NRI students to join IIT's.but you should most likely pay a higher amount of fees than a NON NRI's. NRI Students can also give JEE advance and if they clear they are elligible.

The NTSE Haryana Cutoff for 2018 was 127 for General category candidates, 106 for SC and 71 for PwD candidates. This year, the cut off for NTSE Haryana will change due to change in the exam pattern. The exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks. Also. there will be no Language test this time.

SAT exam is conducted to evaluate candidates’ academic knowledge in Reading, Writing and Quantitative Aptitude and other prescribed specialized subjects. You will have to pay a registration fee to apply for the exam. And, for admission to Universities you will have to pay the University fee.
However, many Universities also provide scholarship to students. You will have to check the criteria of the University where you wish to apply for admission.Good Luck!

Sorry, but you arent eligible for IRMA SAT if you dont give your CAT or XAT. You are only selected there on the basisof this exams.
