In order to start your preparation you should be aware of the pattern of the exam. 

You should start reading for practice. Work on your vocabulary. 

Practice essays as many as possible. 

Make sure to know area formulas, the Pythagorean Theorem, the average formula, special triangle rules, and exponent rules. 

Solve as many as practice papers for your preparation and to analyse your preparation level at regular interval of time.
