Currently, the entire Veerashaiva-Lingayat community, is included in the Karnataka OBC list under Category 3B with a 5% reservation based on income.

The answer to your question is NO. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in JNV.

But a student is allowed to make calls from STDs setup in their school campus. Also teachers of JNV are very helpful and lend you their phones in case of any emergency.

You can apply for standard 11 admissions to JNV till 26th of August, 2021. The admission process has started from 9th August, 2021. You need to visit the official website of the institution, register yourself, then apply for 11th standard in any stream you want by providing all the details & the documents required.

Check the inbox E-mails and spam E-mails to find the registration number or SMS in registered phone number. After finding the registration number you can visit the login page using the given link https://cbseitms.nic.in/index.aspx

Go to the login page and click on 'forgot password?' and reset the password and note is somewhere safe.
