You cannot apply for Government Jobs for which the minimum Education Qualification in 10+2 or Intermediate even though you have obtained Bachelor's Degree. You need to pass in 10+2 or its equivalent in order to apply for relevant Government on basis on 10+2 Education Qualification. So, you also need to study 10+2, pass in the qualifying examination and obtain the certificates to apply for Government Recruitment. Though MCA degree is almost same to the degree of B.Tech (preferably with CSE stream) , but you must be aware with the company's basic requirements i.e. basic eligibility criteria . If the company has mentioned the streams name by slash , or and in that MCA category is included , then you are eligible to do that job in as a MCA student . But ..only B.Tech graduated (or any other streams except CSE) required candidates if mentioned anywhere, then MCA students may not be eligible for that .. There may be job profile similarity, but you must satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to sit for interview,.
